Gabriele is responsible for ECQA GmbH ® processes and international business development. She is a/the founder and the president of the Forum European Diversity Management (www.fedm.eu), director of the International Network for Terminology – TermNet (www.termnet.org), and co-founder and international partner of the Language Industry Certification System (www.lics-certification.org).

Gabriele is a ECQA GmbH ® Certified Innovation Manager and a ECQA GmbH ® Certified EU Project Manager.

She initiated ECQA GmbH ®certificates and trainings for ECQA GmbH ® Certified Diversity Managers, ECQA GmbH ® Certified Applied Sustainability and CSR professionals, as well as ECQA GmbH ® Certified Terminology Managers.

Andreas received an MSc (Dipl.-Ing.) in Telematics from Graz University of Technology, Austria, a PhD in Mechatronics from Vienna University of Technology, Austria, as well as a habilitation (HDR) in Industrial Engineering from Grenoble Alps University, France. He is a professional coach, consultant and trainer in Systems Engineering, Quality Engineering, Innovation Management, as well as Digitalization and Industry 4.0 to major European industries, especially the automotive automotive. He is also a part-time Associate Professor at the Institute of Engineering of Grenoble Alps University.

At the ECQA, his project focus is on the Digitalization and Sustainability clusters. He supports both industrial and academic organizations in job role and competence profile specifications, and in implementing on them on the European qualification market.

Michael  has been giving lectures in Software application and ERP systems for several years now at the University of Applied Sciences in Krems and is an expert on VR/AR/MR and 360° videos, social media and web 2.0 matters. He is a well-known speaker in Europe on matters of European certifications as well as VR/AR/MR matters. As part of the curriculum revision team in his university, he has established experience in allocating ECTS and learning outcomes within the development of a curriculum.

Michael led the following EU projects EQN 2005 – 2007 European Quality network, EU Cert Campus 2008 – 2009 – creating a European training platform underlying ECQA GmbH ®, which directly resulted in its founding. Additionally, Michael is the current president of ECQA GmbH ® and is therefore responsible for the integration and supervision of all content regarding ECQA GmbH ®.

ECQA GmbH ® and Prof. Reiner provide expertise on certifications,  quality management as well as on project management in EU projects.
